ICIBC Correspondence

The Correspondence Program (CP) is designed for those who desire to study the Word of God with us and obtain an accredited degree in theology. It is available for those residing outside of the 100-mile radius of the ICIBC Main Campus in Alexandria, Louisiana.

OPEN ENROLLMENT – students may enroll in our program any time of the year.

ONE SUBJECT PER MONTH – student have one full month to enjoy each subject and complete the course requirements.

MESSAGE OF THE MONTH – automatically receive the “Message of the Month” from Mark Hankins Ministries.

Undergraduate Degrees

Diploma in Theology (30 credit-hours)

Associate in Theology (60 credit-hours)

Associate of Arts in Theology (60 credit-hours)

Program Requirements

1) Proof of High School Graduation – the student must provide a Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

2) Tuition – pay by the 20th of each month

3) Resources -- course-assignment workbook (course syllabus, course completion affidavit, accountability report, ministry practicum activity log, and scantron), pre-stamped envelope for returning assignment, CD's or DVD's, and textbook for each course upon receipt of payment.

4) Course Requirements

  • Listen to CD’s or watch DVD’s and read course textbook
  • Complete course assignments
  • Return the course assignment, course completion affidavit, ministry practicum activity log and accountability report to the Main Campus by the 5th of the next month

5) Preferred Form of Payment: Auto-Debit (credit card or debit card)

Correspondence Program Tuition


The cost per month of this Correspondence Program (one course per month) is $75.00 for U.S. residents and $100.00 for international students. Each installment includes tuition, postage, course assignment workbook, Ministry Practicum credit, textbook, MHM Message of the Month, and CD series or DVDs for each course. The full two-year program (18 courses) can be completed in 18 months.

3) Answer all questions – If a question does not apply, please answer with “N/A.”

4) Request an official transcript from each college, university, or institute of ministry that you have previously attended.

5) If college transcripts will not be provided, submit one of the following proofs of high school graduation: Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

6) An application fee of $25.00 must accompany the completed application

7) Place a recent photo in the area provided on this application
